I got a message that my order was returned. What should I do?

If you get this message, please call us right away at 1-877-355-7225 so you can receive your medications as soon as possible. You may be seeing this for a number of reasons: The address is incorrect. Someone at the delivery address refused the package. The carrier could not complete the delivery attempt.

I'm locked out of my account. What should I do?

You will be locked out of your account for one hour if you enter the wrong email and/or password too many times. The error message will say: Your account is locked due to five failed login attempts. Can I enable voice commands for the app?

How can I get a deleted app message back?

You can get deleted messages back by using the filter feature in your app's inbox. Here is how to do it: Go to your Inbox in the app. Select All Messages at the top with the three horizontal lines. Choose Deleted to see all your deleted messages. Find the message you want to recover and select it. Choose Move to Inbox in the top right corner.

How do I track my deliveries in the app?

Why don't I see any medications on my Today screen?

How far back can I see my past orders?

Does the web version of the app have accessibility features?
