Why don't I see any medications on my Today screen?

    There are a couple of common reasons why this might happen.

    1. We may need more info from you before we send your next order.
    2. Your order has not been delivered yet.
    3. If you are a new patient, we might still be transferring your medications to us. This screen will become available to you after we receive all of your medication.

    Please call us at 1-877-355-7225 if you do not see anything on your Today screen. We are happy to help.
