There are a couple of common reasons you might not be getting emails from the app.
You do not have emails turned on in your notification preferences.
Here is how you can check and turn them on:
- Go to your Account screen.
- Choose Notification Preferences.
- Here, you can choose to receive emails and/or push notifications from the ExactCare App about orders and account updates.
- When the toggle is green, it means it is on. When the toggle is gray, it means it is off.
You did not verify your email address.
We will send you an email with a link to verify your email address after you create your app account. It is required to verify your email address if you want to receive messages to your email inbox from the app.
Follow these steps if you need another email verification sent:
- Go to your Account screen.
- Choose Personal Information.
- Under the Email section, select Resend verification email
- Check your email inbox and follow the instructions to verify.
- If you do not see the email, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
