    What information do I need to create an ExactCare App account online?

    To create your online ExactCare App account, you will need your:

    • Date of birth
    • Last four digits of your social security number
    • Zip code
    • Phone number
    • Email address

    I forgot my email address for login. What should I do?

    Call 1-877-355-7225 so we can help you get into your account.

    I forgot my password. What should I do?

    On the login page, select the purple Forgot Your Password? link. Then, enter your email address. You will receive a link with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not get the link within 30 minutes, call us at 1-877-355-7225.

    Did you not receive a link?

    • Check that you have verified your email address through your account.
    • You will not be able to receive email notifications from the app until you do this.
    • If you have verified your email address but still do not get the link within 30 minutes, call us at 1-877-355-7225.

     

    Can I change my login email address and password?

    Yes! Go to your Account screen and select Personal Information.

    Can I change my address online?

    You can request to change your billing and/or shipping address in the app. Go to your Account screen and select Personal Information. Choose the Edit button to update. You will see confirmation when the update has been made.

    Can I change my phone number online?

    You can change your phone number in your ExactCare App. Go to your Account screen and select Personal Information. Choose the Edit button to update.

    Can my family or caregiver use the ExactCare App?

    Yes. You can give your family or caregiver your log-in information so they can access your app account.

    Who has access to my account?

    You and whomever you may share your account information with only have access to your ExactCare App. Your healthcare team cannot see your information through this portal.

    How do I access my online account?

    The ExactCare App is available for you to use on your phone, tablet, or computer. Follow the steps below to get started!

    Access the app in your web browser:

    1. Open your browser on your computer, phone, or tablet (like Google Chrome or Safari).
    2. Type this link into the search bar: my.anewhealthrx.com/login 
    3. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
    4. You can bookmark this page for faster access. Here is what your screen will look like.

     

    Download the app on your iPhone or iPad:

    1. Open the Apple App Store on your Apple device.
    2. Type ExactCare into the search bar.
    3. You can download the mobile app on your Apple device. This is how the app looks in the Apple App Store. 

    If you are not sure how to access the Apple App Store, follow these steps:

    1. Open your browser on your iPhone or iPad (like Google Chrome or Safari).
    2. Type this link into the search bar: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/exactcare/id6738945602 
    3. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
    4. Now you can download the app.

    Download the app on your Android phone or Samsung Tablet:

    1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
    2. Type ExactCare into the search bar.
    3. You can download the mobile app on your Android device. This is how the app looks in the Google Play Store. 

    If you are not sure how to access the Google Play Store, follow these steps:

    1. Open your browser on your phone or tablet (like Google Chrome or Safari).
    2. Type this link into the search bar: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.anewhealthrx.my&hl=en_US 
    3. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
    4. Now you can download the app.

    I'm locked out of my account. What should I do?

    You will be locked out of your account for one hour if you enter the wrong email and/or password too many times.

    The error message will say: Your account is locked due to five failed login attempts. Please try again in one hour. 

    If this happens, you will need to wait an hour before trying to log in again. If you need help accessing your account, call us at 1-877-355-7225.

    Why am I not receiving emails from the app?

    There are a couple of common reasons you might not be getting emails from the app.

    You do not have emails turned on in your notification preferences. 

    Here is how you can check and turn them on:

    1. Go to your Account screen.
    2. Choose Notification Preferences.
    3. Here, you can choose to receive emails and/or push notifications from the ExactCare App about orders and account updates.
    4. When the toggle is green, it means it is on. When the toggle is gray, it means it is off.

     

    You did not verify your email address.

    We will send you an email with a link to verify your email address after you create your app account. It is required to verify your email address if you want to receive messages to your email inbox from the app.

    Follow these steps if you need another email verification sent:

    1. Go to your Account screen.
    2. Choose Personal Information.
    3. Under the Email section, select Resend verification email
    4. Check your email inbox and follow the instructions to verify.
    5. If you do not see the email, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

    Why am I getting an error when I try to create an app account?

    You may already have an account created using this email address. If that is the case, you can select Forgot Password under the Password field on the login page. This will send an email to you to reset your password.

    If you do not have an account already with that email address, give us a call at 1-877-355-7225.
