    2. Select a medication.
    3. Here, you will see the prescriber and their phone number. You can also see this medication's refill status, directions for taking, side effect information, and more.

How do I know which medications need refills?

On your My Meds screen, you will see a refill status under each medication. Here is what those statuses mean:

    • Yes is when you have two or more refills.
    • Low is when you have one refill left.
    • None is when you do not have any refills remaining.

ExactCare manages your medication refills, but sometimes we need your help. You will receive a refill alert when we need you to contact your prescriber so we can get you your medication on time. To view your refill alerts, go to My Meds and choose Refill Alerts. You will see all the prescriber and medication information here.

Why are my medications being delivered in bottles?

If you are receiving your medication in bottles, we may be missing information from you or your providers. Please call us at 1-877-355-7225 so we can get this resolved. New pharmacy patients may receive some medications in bottles as we line up the refill dates. You can learn more about this process here.

Why don't I see all of my medications in my account online?

We update your medication list as we get your prescriptions from your prescribers.

If you are a new pharmacy patient, your medications will be listed here once we have received the prescription. We are working hard to obtain them quickly!  If you are concerned about running out of medication, call us at 1-877-355-7225.

How do I know when to start taking my medication?

Your start date is when you should begin taking your medications.  It will make sure you do not run out of medication too soon or have extras before your next order. Here is how you can find your order's start date:

    • In your account, go to the Deliveries screen and select the delivery.
      • The start date is listed in the top left corner on this screen.
      • Choose Download Delivery Summary. The start date is listed in the top left corner.
    • On your ExactPack. Look for “ExactPack to be Taken” on the label.

Can I see a history of medications I logged?

Yes. There are two ways to do this: On the Home screen choose Manage My History. Or go to Today and choose Manage My History. From here, you can select the day and time you need to update.

The calendar view will tell you which days you logged your medications for. You can edit this anytime by clicking on a day in the calendar.

A green circle means you have logged your medication for that day. A yellow circle means you have not logged all of your medications. And the white circle is today.

How do I track that I've taken an as-needed medication?

Under Today choose Log As-Needed Medication. Select the Take button to mark the chosen medication as taken.

Can I add other medications to my list in the app?

No. We upload medications for you that we have on file. Please call us at 1-877-355-7225 if you think a medication is missing or something does not look right.

Why do I have a refill alert?

We send you refill alerts when we need your help and need you to call your prescriber so we can refill your medications. If you see either of these alerts, please call your prescriber:

    • No refills remaining. Please contact your prescriber.
    • Refill denied. Please contact your prescriber. Your Prescriber will not approve this refill without speaking to you.
