You can get deleted messages back by using the filter feature in your app's inbox.

Here is how to do it:

1. Go to your Inbox in the app.
2. Select All Messages at the top with the three horizontal lines.
3. Choose Deleted to see all your deleted messages.
4. Find the message you want to recover and select it.
5. Choose Move to Inbox in the top right corner.
